Life Story:
His family was very poor when he borned but slowly slowly his parents startrd to rise in crime world, When souls was 15 years old his father became one of the biggest gangster of the city and Souls helped in this crime being the sharpest shooter with multiple people being killed due to him and his father's gang crimes. His dad died in gang raid and he continued his father legacy went on to another country to have his own gang up and running which made him the biggest gangster of the country and he had to flew out of the country, he decided to come back to Los santos and try to get his father's gang once again united. He had his some members come back but mostly didn't in a shoot out hsi 90% gang members died causing him to leave his gang. After seeing so many dead people bloods sheds and stuff he thought to change himself and leave the crime world he worked as a social advisor and helper. Helping poor people and unfit people to live there life properly but he thought this wasn't enough for him and he went on to help the state and country as an Leo.
Carrier story
He joined LEOs to live a life without any problems and tension of not losing anymore family members as he lost his father and mother and also to help his country in a beneficial way and to also support his family legaly. He joined Many different orgs like FIB, SAHP, NG and served in all orgs within the contract and had a succeful courier of 12 years in these orgs he joined LSPD and felt like he found his permanent workplace and will serve till death but he would require money after retirement as salary was not too good so he started doing corruption and used his connections of gang to share info and earn a lot of money within a hours. Also to provide money to his foundation in which he was helping poor and disabled people after his retirement so he had to commit some crimes.
Outcomes-
1. Souls can do all type of criminal activity with his family and gang members.
2. Souls can kill suspects, lawyers or witness which goes against him.
3. He can use all methods to save his life and he can kill anyone or do anything if he feels danger to his life. (Can even kill lawyer if goes against Souls)
