Hello, this is ID 99. I did not mean to ram you and I appologize for it. You were rammed by the person in the red car and when I was reversing I couldn’t see you cause you were under the car. Oh and one thing. I didn’t hit you I hit your car

It is not my fault that you got rammed by the person in the red car and I was only trying to reverse my car to go the other way not ram you.
