Rejected IC+OOC Insult While on Calls Duty

I was doing calls and parked the ambulance at the side of the road to check something, after checking 2 guys in a rental bugatti were shouting to me that i was parked in a way that they couldnt avoid to get crashed into me.
The next moment they were insulting me IC and OOC.
I am quite sure that this POV is very clear.

getting called a "bitch" is not an OOC insult, especially since nothing was written in OOC chat and nobody agreed or said anything about going OOC

they could get punished for CR but that isnt visible in pov

as mentioned before they in no way insulted you OOCly it was all done ICly
