Rejected FIB: Tazed and searched for no reason, and won't show his ID - 2764

So I just got out of Jail and talked to my Gang, about a pickup and just stood there (Video 1) and then this FIB Agent came up to me tasered me, searched me for no reason, and didn't even talk to me. (Sorry, I started the Video late, because I didn't expect it, please ask him for Bodycam Proof) And he also searched me with his Weapon out!

After that, I tried to ask him for his ID, but he refused to show it.
