Bro do u actually know what is fear rp? He knows that u will not shoot him because he doesnt have any gun in him or nor did he tried to kill u, u just cant use the lethal force on someone like that when ur life is not on the line.... u r in fib bro the org with highly respected rp try to maintain that.
