Rejected Car theft In GZ I ?

I parked my car at the beach market next to the fence , i have been there for a hour and havent got a notification that my car was stolen , The only way that the person couldve stolen the car is pushing it out of the green zone witch is CR and illegal Activities in GZ , i dont care about him getting a punishment i just want him to pay for the car back witch is 1 million , i am also requesting to see the persons Bodycam as i was doing my own thing my bodycam wasnt on as i was just selling things
