Rejected 3099 fail rp and non rp driving

me and my gang were setting up a trap for the police to take them hostage.
I robbed an atm and got arrested and we blocked the road to the prison so we get him we were like 5 cars and we told him to stop and get out of the car and he just got down from the road and went to the prison from the no RP shortcut where you drop and arrested me and didn't give me a lawyer.

I am sorry for the short clip I am recording with the instant replay and I didn't clip it fast enough.
