bro.... you literally wanted to combat log (as shown in the video) and now you reported them for RDM? As long as there is RP reason, they can continue that situation.

1648 demanded you to move and then you said "ok, ok" - but you still proceeded to get away from the situation on your scooter. Moreover, you had guns pointed at you so you didn't fear for your life as well.
