2. Why do you want to be leader of spesific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

- Firstly i think when i looked the other gangs and their management i couldnt see they are not fit for me from my experiences. While i had 1 gang leadership experience i cant leave my friends and supporters without organization. Then i decided to bring old Vagos back and start building from nothing. I think we will make great works and keep it until term over at EN1 my Vagos term i learnt my mistakes its wont repeat again.

- As i said the other gangs and their managements not fit for me and my friends. The reasons of that in high commands experience gang could not stay inactive i didnt let anyone to sit HQ without reason. If we no had event we always did robberies, graffitis and events. About events we have own strategies for them and while we have event we giving priority to them. When i get the Vagos everyone will see that.

- After i kept gang active also i promise for we gonna stay away from IC and OOC toxicity. Its hard to keep your members away from toxicity but if i did once i can make it again.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- At least more than 70 events weekly.

- Being active and at least controll the Vagos ghetto all time.

- Stay away from any kind of toxicity.

- Being success at turfs with my good shooter friends.

- Keep alive the gang at street fights and graffitis.

- Bring new ideas to global events.

- Most of the organization no one gives any opportunity to low ranks but im gonna give chances to them for showing their own skills.

- Build gang without rule breaks.

- Giving bonuses to actives in events and street fights.

- Better recruitment system.

- Will try to not miss any events.

-Öncelikle diğer çetelere ve yönetimlerine baktığımda tecrübelerime göre bana uygun olmadıklarını göremediğimi düşünüyorum. 1 çete liderliği deneyimim olmasına rağmen arkadaşlarımı ve destekçilerimi örgütsüz bırakamam. Sonra eski Vagos'u geri getirmeye ve sıfırdan inşa etmeye karar verdim . EN1'de dönem bitene kadar çok güzel işler yapacağımızı düşünüyorum benim Vagos dönemim hatalarımı öğrendim bir daha tekrarlanmayacak.
