6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.
He just said 5 sec and i was leaving as soon as he said but he shoot instantly after saying just 5 sec not even counted.

Bro i think u should see rules u gave 5 sec and as soon as u gave I leave but when u gave 5 sec u shoot instantly and ur frnd too. If u want I can provide pov of 10mins too. But i think it's enough as it's clear.
And if still u can't see in video and hear I can't do anything.
