I don't see any PG or fear RP, you could have detained the person and asked for his ID to confirm that it's the correct person as you saw his licenses which include his name at the beginning of the video and you had enough RP reason, as for Fear RP there was only 1 tazer when he decided to start running then you guys pulled out guns and started shooting him while he was running
