Rejected I am HC in PD one of my officers got a warning from a game crash during robbery

I was patroling with a new officer helping him and training as I have 2 HC possitions and 1 right bellow in LT I run things as my work time is 16hrs a day. I keep things running and I find this silly. we were in the getto and his game crashed sorry to say that but they didnt know and killed him then tried the robbery and my officer vanished due to as I said the game crash. HE WAS NOT meant to be in getto but he was driving and new, I am Captain LT and SRGT of three parts of PD and I need my men and woman,. He felt so bad he served his time but now I need him back and cant hire him. I as my other HCs feel this was unfair as gods never have any proof someone just left and I feel they should talk to people before just doing that BUT once again not my place I just hope we get are peeps back thank you person who needs the warning removed -Adam Kings ID231271
