in the pov u can see him mixing first then . when i was reading maranda rights he didnt talk he was maybe talking in gang radio at that time .

Due to the nature of knowing the approaching vehicle, and the response of 3458 when 1463 is told to pull over, it leads me to strongly believe metagaming has occurred. There would have been no way from this footage, that bloods would have been able to be informed of 3458 detaining, without use of OOC communication
