2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1- I've been part of a few organization here in Grand and I feel like a lot of them lack the ability to welcome newer players and teach them the ropes of RP, especially related to Criminal RP which leads to rule breaks and or inactivity by a majority of the other members which leads to the org slowly dying, If I get accepted as a Leader one my main priorities will be to consistently have an active organization which is welcoming of newer members and provides a high standard of RP to everyone we interact with.
2- Encouraging everyone in the gang to participate in different activities/events will also be another of my priorities, it's important that everyone knows when and how to take part in this different events, this way the gang can stay active and everyone can have a good time while they're here.
3-Lastly I would make sure my turf team is able to deliver results and create a competitive environment to everyone
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1- Providing newer members with the knowledge necessary of the rules, and have other more experience members guide them where needed.
2- Have a decent system of recruiting that will welcome newer members within the gang, and provide an environment where they can have fun, but also develop their roleplay skills.
3- Leading by example and showing our members how to properly roleplay a criminal and showing people that there's a lot more to criminal RP than the usual "ghetto clapping", more specific since Marabunta is originally a Hispanic gang there's a lot of room to explore and good RP to be created. I have a ton of experience with Crim RP (9+ years) so it will be a fun time teaching all our members this way of RP.
