2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
3. My main reason of pursuing Leadership is to Improve my personal roleplay in the city, also expand my connections and bring people together to make the best out of everyone's time during my term as " Leader of Ballas".
I am deputy Leader of the family I'm in "Pronoia" and it's been a Long Struggle to keep the family consistent with numbers and average 10-15members i would be able to have a 10members join as a fresh start that know all of ghetto/general rules.
if I get this opportunity, I will make sure I have an enforcement crew prepared and filling in any gaps that may cause the organization to fall.
4.I've been deputy leader of ballas, marabunta, bloods, families in the past so I am pretty knowledgeable and experienced in all events, server rules, sprays, turf.
One of my favorite things to do in a gang as "deputy leader" was to make sure everyone knew what they were doing before sending them out for their first robbery so that way we No warnings are received and
will make sure i create a rank for new gang members to go to for answers, guidance like Passing knowledge of ghetto rules, visual training, Training phases will be added to keep the quality of roleplay excellent.
5. Lastly but definitely not least I want to make Ballas thrive, any new IDs in the city that are dedicated and equipped with server knowledge will be taken in for training, I plan to have a limit of people that are invited in a day to ensure we are inviting members and making sure they are equipped with training before any Roleplay situation.
6. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
-Implement Visual training with members
- Limit members that being invite every day x5-10members a day ideally
- Make training fun so it's easy to remember Robbing procedures Etc.
- Having a gang meeting where we read server rules Alease 1x a week
