Hi, its Bailey Crowley | 182940 from the no gawds family.
I have gotten a 60 day ban from being accused of involvement of breaking rule 6.3.
(DISCLAIMER: I do not have any bodycam proof of stealing. i am not using bodycams when i am not in duty on legal orgs)
I believe I should Not have been banned for this (maybe warned) even though this is protocol, because I didn't intentionally take or try take vests from any specific orgs, u guys said i stole 4 vests and left the org but when i left the org i didnt had those vests.
all my time being in the city i was working for all legal orgs and never stole once or got accuse about it, i have being in many Positions and HC Positions aswell and i am known in the city and never tried to break any rules before, i know that i had to get a bodycam proof of me leaving but when i left i had my last shift of NG bodycam on and the file got corrupted and its not working i asked from Bjorn to show him the bodycam of the shift well half of it cause i had to reset it cause a case that happened at doc but he said its not gonna help if i do not have proof of me leaving and do not have those vests on me.
when my time being not working for leagal orgs i was buying in black market and was helping my friends that are gang members and got from them iilegals stuff vests and weapons, after i joined SAHP i wanted to go talk with the director of FIB to return all the iilegal items i had cause i am not trying to break rules plus working for legal org and having iilegal items its not good so ye
Besides that, I didn't and would never try to go against any city rule. I slightly know the rules, and had never thought rule 6.3 would apply do this situation.
I Promise I'm A good citizen, I participate in many events and give alot of my time and money (IC and IRL money) for whatever the city has to offer.
I've been director In GOV as well, Only doing my best to help the city and I was looking forward to being an admin as well sometime...
Plus i am known as Hosting events with my family I can assure you that from now on I will be even more carful about the rules and play accordingly.
