I was told to put the suspect IDs in and then to make a new complaint, so this is what I did. The Administrator Charles Rowe told me to

I was just simply trying to hand out some fines and I got shot without any warning by (5623) and then when I was on the ground (3320) came to mercy kill me.

ID 3320 will receive a punishment for Gen 6.13​
