Evidence seem to be inadequate for admin intervention except ID 35538's minor breech of Non-RP.

Did ID 9354 FIB officer said/display his badge number and name before requesting for suspect's information?
Even if he did not. It is an IC Issue not a RP issue.
This IC Issue cannot be used as evidence against ID 9354 of the above organizational rule unless it have shown parties had RP bodycam.
If this IC information/evidence is used against ID 9354. It will be a breech of Metagaming (MG) as there are no IC Roleplay of bodycam evidence.

ID 35538 Minor Breech of Non-RP via IC Voice at 0:43
ID 35538 should not use voice to convey the Non-RP message at 0:43 where he used IC Voice to say OOC "ohhhh, ban, this is ban, easy ban"
ID 35538 should use Non-RP Chatbox and tell other party to look at the left eye instead.

- Non-RP - Doing things that are considered not sufficient to be considered good standard roleplay depending on the situation at hand. e.g running around a crime scene for no reason, dancing and screaming in a troll manner in a serious situation, not roleplaying fear appropriately in situations realistically.
