1. I have been the head of the undercover division for the LSPD for 11 terms now in EN1, and have just got done with another term as the head of the SWAT team here in EN3 giving me hands on experience in leadership within the LSPD. I have been in almost all agencies as the head of a department. I started with SAHP, worked my way over to USSS and became a captain, then joined the LSPD and become the Major of Detectives, leading a 12 man team of detectives. From there I rank the NG IAA for two terms. From there I lead the first SAHP undercover division. I went back to LSPD for 10 terms after that of running detectives. From there I joined the FIB and quickly became HOD of the National Security Branch. I spent another term at FIB as DHOD of spec ops before returning once more to the LSPD Chief of Detectives. I then moved to EN3, becoming the Commander of SWAT. All of this experience being in the LSPD makes me more qualified than even the most experienced officers. Given my experience, I want to make changes to the LSPD so that it can once again flourish.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2. I would like to be the leader of this organization because I have the experience hard work dedication and time that is needed to lead the LSPD. I have many plans for the LSPD, including adding a few new divisions as well as making the LSPD a funner place to work at while at the same time getting stuff done and remaining a productive work environment. With personally leading in LSPD, I have the experience necessary for this job, as well as the time to make sure that the organization flourishes under my leadership. I spent usually about 12 hours a day playing GrandRP, making me one of the most active members in every organization I have been in. There are many internal underlying issues currently facing the LSPD, including selling of LEO gear, as well as a few corrupt high command members who have broke the state rules many times to protect officers from prosecution from the FIB. There are many stains on the legacy of the LSPD, but with a reform in leadership, as well as selecting the right people for these leadership positions will fix this issue. I will bring change to the LSPD in a fun yet productive way for the department. There would be a change in the ranking structure as well, so that lower officers will be able to make more money in their salaries, as I was once a lower officer who was making a low salary, and I wish to fix this issue for future generations of officers. Lastly, the LSPD needs a leader who cares about the officers in the department regardless of the rank. No one deserves special treatment over another rank, everyone will be treated and respected as equals regardless of the rank. I will end the favoritism in the LSPD and make it fair and funner for all of the LSPD.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3. In order to improve roleplay level, I would remake all the current guidebooks which fall short of the level of professionalism that is necessary to insure a realistic roleplay. There are a lot of issues currently with the roleplay of the LSPD, and more times than not you have officers who are patrolling but not completely understanding what is allowed to be done and what isn’t, because the current training guides are lacking of substantial information. My goal is to make roleplay as close to real life as possible, and this can be done while at the same time ensuring that ALL state rules are followed. Personally I have seen officers of the LSPD break the state rules on a daily basis when I was working as the Head of the LSPD undercover division, while these people were not in my division it still made me feel embarrassed on behalf of the department that people in the high command let their friends get away with breaking state rules. I will not be letting this continue and accountability will be key. My LSPD will focus on transparency, and public outreach. I will personally be making a new division that deals with relaying transparency within the department to the media and the public so that the public can further be involved with their community and know what is going on within it. My main goal is for LSPD to remain a fun work environment while fixing the underlying issues that ruin the roleplay not just for LSPD, but for the server as a whole. Lastly, I will be conducting joint operations with other law enforcement agencies to better coordinate within the state. I believe that I can achieve all this and much more if I am given the opportunity to lead the LSPD into an era of prosperity.
