2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A. One reason I want to be LSPD leader is that in city 2 I was once a leader of LSPD on their and was able to get 120+ members on their, I wish to continue that streak and make LSPD super active, and I was able to make it through a term without anyone going into ghetto
B. Another reason is that I have seen how "dead" cops are at the moment in time, so I feel with my experience in the other city, I can bring active members in and get a good base for new leaders going foward
C. Last reason is, during events aka Store robberies or Hostage situations were your needed to talk with the gang members, I feel I can help in that way by bringing both experience and good rp into these scenarios to make it more enjoyable for leos and for gangsters.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
A. I would make sure I have atleast 10+ units on at all times
B. I would interact more with FIB, aka working together to get evidence and helping them get case files brought in
C. I would make sure to do a standardized rp training
D. I will make sure to always have people out towing inside of city and make sure to never go into ghetto
