Approved Warn for killing MD| Scarlet Haze

So, i was in ghetto fighting bloods (who all drive bright red cars) and in the middle of the fight a red car pulled up and the person hopped out. I ended up shooting and killing the person who hopped out just before realising it was a person working as MD. I believe that this was a clear mistake and i should not have been given a warning for it. the person working didn't even provide pov of the situation and only said that she was killed even though she was MD.

I do not have pov of the situation but i am sure the MD operator does
I scarlet to show me the pov provided by the MD operator and she told me to make a complaint

Here is the person’s POV which clearly shows red cars and dead bodies. I was only reacting to the AK shots and you can hear in the clip me saying sorry

There was no way I could know that the person was MD until she was dead on the floor.

The POV doesn’t continue but just after she was killed, I tried to get a medley to revive the downed MD as I accidentally killed her. (Md shouldn’t be in unmarked cars as this happens)
