Los Santos Police Department
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I want to be leader of Los Santos Police Department because I have a lot of experience within the organization.
I was previously Head of IA within the police department and i have a lot of leader skills due to that. I think taking control and bringing LSPD back is needed and i feel worthy of that job. I think I can really help out the org and get its reputation up there. I would work along side of other orgs such as FIB/SAHP and make sure criminals get justice.
If I get leader i would make a public pledge to to run Los Santos Police Department with sure motivation and dedicate it all to run LSPD with passion and power. I will run LSPD department to the best of my ability. I will try my hardest to recruit and build a strong motivated team. I will have many departments for many different things to make sure the LSPD is keeping Los Santos clean and fresh. I have previous high command experience within the LSPD departments and I am excited to hopefully lead LSPD for the launch and give it the best reputation.
FTD Department
One of our main departments is going to be the FTD also known as HR department. This departments will hire recruit and train people. There will be 3 different training phases. Phases one will be, How to clock on and how to fill out there logs. They will be taught everything about how to clock on and what radio codes to use and what they mean.
Phase 2:
Within phase 2 they will be taught how to use “ PDA “ and how to make a successful arrest. They will then take a test and if completed successfully they will receive patrol officer 1.
The FTD officers will interview anyone that has been hired and ask them all the rules to make sure there is as minimum rule break within the org.
Bonus system will work as shown:
1) Interview. FTD Officers will receive 15k per interview they log.
2) Phase 1. FTD officers will receive 10k per phase one training they do and log.
3) Phase 2. FTD officers will receive 15k per Phase 2 training they complete and Log.
FTD department is a good way for officers to have a community and earn money the right way.
IA Department
Another big thing within the LSPD org will be the IA also known as Internal Affairs department. This department will be to stop corruption within the org and look at wrongdoings within the officers. There main focus will be to make sure the officers are not corrupt and make sure they are all doing good within the org. They will also do random bodycam checks to make sure the officers are doing good.
Hard work and dedication.
Anyone within the org that shows good teamwork and are dedicated will receive weekly rank ups. Every Sunday there will be a promotion ceremony where officers that have been recognized for there good hard work will be promoted given a bonus and praised. This will insure everyone within the org is happy and keep things rolling.
IA department will receive bonuses for there work and dedication they will do weekly bodycam checks and make sure everyone is doing there job to the best of there ability. The head of IA will keep this on track.
SWAT Department
The swat Department will work as a undercover/ Risk taking department. They will work close with FIB in making busts and doing risky stuff such as hostage negotiations and catch well know drug dealers.
They will bust criminals and will do secret busts to stop the supply of guns going around Los Santos. They will also do secret missions like protect the back of the bank in bank events and do secret tactics against criminals doing hostage situations etc.. They will work hard with other orgs and bring justice to those who need it.
UC Department
The UC Department is Undercover and they will go into ghetto and events and collect evidence. All of this evidence will be handed to FIB for gang raids and evidence against gangs. They will receive 10k for every evidence they receive.
It will work like this:
10k per evidence that is correct and complete commands.
The RP commands they will have to do will be this:
/do Turns on bodycam attaches it to UC clothing and checks for red light
/me Bodycam is Ballistic and waterproof
After getting evidence they will do this
/do uploads bodycam to SSD and saves it to LSPD files and continues recording.
TOW PD Department
LSPD will have a department called TowPD this department will focus on towing illegally parked cars and fining illegally parked cars. This will reduce the amount of cars that are illegally parked and this will be offered to everyone who doesn't match our requirements to become a patrol officer.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
1.) To improve the roleplay in the organization we will have a lot of departments like SWAT and FTD where they will do special missions. There will also be a detectives department where LSPD can go undercover and catch criminals and get evidence for raids. LSPD will do active commands like /do turns on bodycam and waits for red flash this will improve the RP a lot with the lawyers and DOJ department.
2.) Communication is going to be key within the org. I will make sure we use the Correct 10 codes and make sure everyone is trained to do so. The org will be very serious and anyone messing around within the radio will recieve punishment from IA within the org.
3.) How to act within the org.
Every officer will make sure to perform highly within the CCOP and we will make sure every officer is maintaining professional in public and there will be high standards within the org. Everyone who fails to meet these requirements will be dealt with and could end up with them loosing there badge.
