2. Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization ?
first of al i have major expierence i been a whole term so know what im doing.
i think and know that i would bring a big glow up to this org by making ranks fair and fun for everybody
i want to make sure that when people think about a fun org they wil think about lspd.
i have seen some mistakes wanted to change but could never because i didnt had the power to that why i want to be the leader to change the mistake and make rp the best and same for other things..
3. Your advices for improving roleplay level in organization.
i wil make the role play in this organitation good by quizing the officers about role play so in the future then dont ruin the role play for other people.
examples are training them when to pul over or when to fear for ther life.
everything wil be checked to make sure that role play keeps going no mather what!!
I'm dividing 5 department of my organization ..
1. FTO :- always doing interviews,aplications,training and aplications
2. IA :- give strikes do bodycam inspection and keep the org on balance
3. Detectives :- make sure to get thos who sel illegal items and arest them or to get information out of them.
4. Parking Enforcement:- make sure to always keep the roads clear
5. SWAT :- make sure to handle al special misions and to calm the people down.
im ading one rank the recruiters its caleed the gonna make recruitment dirves and make sure that the fto and ia do there job good
i wil make that this org keeps the rp good and the fun good.
