MY FRIEND IS PERMA BAN FROM FORMS SO I AM APPEALING FOR HIM.
This person was intentionally provoking by bashing the car out of the zone for the race. He cut out the POV where he was doing it for over 2 minutes straight and demands were issued multiple times to stop ramming the car. He said "no" multiple times and continued, which is the DEFINTION OF PROVOKING.

He said "no" multiple times and continued, which is the DEFINTION OF PROVOKING. This is no RDM.. RDM means RANDOM deathmatch.. THIS WAS INTENTIONAL PROVOKING followed by demands to stop multiple times.. he wouldn't stop so then the person killed him. Not sure why you think this is RDM.
