Rejected Stolen vehicle in GZ

So i was parked at the casino in the handicap parking that is GZ. I come out and the car is gone and not on my list in my available cars. I was only away for about an hr and came out and it is gone. The link provided is where the Jesko was parked next to the Lambo.

I changed the title. all i want is to know what happened to my family JESKO that belongs to Brody Balenciaga and the Balenciaga Cartel. I walked out of the casino and it was just gone out of the handicap parking. No one wants to answer me and i really dont want to leave bc of something like this. i have been in this city for a very long time and this is not making sense.
