2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation): So i have been in LSPD from last 2 terms from starting i have started from first to High command when I was rookie there are hrt available for training they are giving excuses.So there is my first reason to become leader of the LSPD is when I become a cheif of police so i am looking for good hrt to train our cadets. I have seen in last two terms cadet left the org because of they are not getting there train at a time they are just waiting for 10- 15 days to get phase 1 and Phase 2 training. As I said i will be hiring good hrt i will hire for other departments also like SWAT, UC and IA. In this department I will add training rank like swat trainee or uc trainee. So they can take trainee from there hc or those who experienced in this department so they will not get strike for the department. First i will hire old member's so we can manage our department from the day one then i looking on newbies after 2-3 days i will announce for other departments as well for commander, captain and lieutenant. For hrt there will be two lieutenant one for hrinig and second for training. I will make sure that there will no nepotism in this org some of the Leo's
there are taking there friend without taking interview and that member's giving strike to our department. Now coming on SWAT: In this department will hire only those have corporal+ ranks because at that time they have the knowledge that what we have to do how swat department works. I am adding swat rank because they can able to access air units also. We will do 5-6 Ghetto patrol per week.
Uc: Undercover agent there works is collect evidence we have to collect 7 evidence from each gang. I will personally look into them we can bust the citizens those wanted by the government.
IA: So internal affairs works like the will be giving time on officer they will check there logs. They will check the licence and insurance. If they fail to show there licence so IA team give them the strike. There 5-6 check per week for licence and trunk check in that they will check if they are caring any illegal item or not.
I have been high command so i know how things work i good at leading things. I know how to deal with people. And that's why I want to become leader of LSPD.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.: As I said that will not getting any strike for this org in this term. We will maintain high level of rp. We will not do nepotism. We will follow all the rules and regulations.
