Leader of Ballas gang
1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation) :
I am writing this application to become the leader of ballas , a criminal gang that's part of the Grand RP project. For the past year and a half, I have been dedicated to RP, and I believe that I can lead a group like this. I have been involved in various criminal activities, such as robbery, shooting, andturfing.
2. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization :
A) me personally i was a deputy i allot of gangs and i know all the roles and how to deal with any rp satiation like a gun store robbery and hosteg satiation and any rp satiation i cold have and i am going to do more the 10 questions for any person is going to join i he didnt get a 13/15 he is not going to join i am going to ask all the gang members about roles of the server any time and if any one got it wrong he is going to get backlisted bec. i am not trying to get the gang any warnings or trying to get ang gang member an warning of even a demogan and if any one o the gang got a demoran i am going to check why did he got a demoran and i it a rp thing he is going to have 1/2 strikes or maybe blacklisted from the gang .
B) any player want to join my gang has to be more then 15 year old ic and i he is not he have to get more the 14/15 questions right to join the gang and if he did any mistake he is going to be backlisted from the gang for 30d
C) any one that is going to join my gang has to be at lest 16 year old IRL cuz i want any one that is going to join the to have expiries and to not be cringe in the gang i want the gang as good as possible
D) any one that is going to join the gang have to partisebat at lest one event in the day if he didnt he is going to get a 1/2 strikes and the next day if he did thhe same thing he is going to be backlisted for the gang for not going to events
