In Rules for filing a complaint it says that the POV has to be Provided by the Person involved in the Situation. He decided to give me a demorgan even though its against the Rules. How come this was Accepted?

I was able to still review the validity of the situation and make a fair judgement. You intentionally and repeatably ramming into someone with a vehicle (all be it a bicycle) and harassing them is still a rule break. Should the Senior administrators feel this is incorrect then I shall accept that, but I stand by and justify my decision.

2 U get warn on forum for violation of rules of complain on admin section + arguing with admin in situation where u have NEVER even read those rules about which u are talking
3 In Rules of complains on player says that administrator HAS THE RIGHT to refuse complain
