I've been on vacation for almost two weeks. 4-5 days ago, I tried to enter the game with my own computer from my cousin's house to pay my house taxes.
I couldn't enter the game because the Rockstar launcher constantly gave an "offline mode" error.
I tried every way to solve the problem (verifying files, deleting Rockstar file, turning off antivirus and firewall, flush DNS, reinstalling the game, formatting etc.) and only today I was able to enter the game. As soon as I entered, I came across this image.
