Life Story: Born and raised in the United Kingdom, Richard always wanted more out of life. He strives to earn money and build a reputation. He enlisted into the Los Santos National Guard after moving there to find a new life away from England. He had a good upbringing with his mother being his main parent and father not in the scene a lot. When he flew to Los Santos he persuaded his wife Willie Stroker to move there too. No real troubles happened in Richard's life but upon arrival to LS, he discovered that he could be and do whatever he wanted in this land of opportunity.
Career Story: Richard began his life in this city by joining the National Guard under General Papa Valeri then Evangelia Papakosta to work his way up to become General himself. He moved on to LSPD where once again, he rose through the ranks to become the Deputy Chief for Gabi Tosca and once he was done here, he moved to FIB to become a 00 agent under Hank Volkov where he stayed for a while.
Richard moved on and was appointed as Deputy Chief again for Tyrell Johnson then followed him to the Government to be his Deputy Governor. After seeing through 2 governors, Richard decided to join FIB again under Hank for another run then later becoming a private lawyer helping the citizens.
Richard has since returned to LSPD as Special Task Force and is looking to make some extra cash on the side with his less than legal methods.

Outcomes:
- Richard can be heavy handed with his detainees. He may decide to inflict some pain upon them or even dispose of them somewhere if they annoyed him. He takes no discrepancies and will act in a way to show discipline to anyone he decides he doesn't like.
- Richard will partake in illegal activities with his family as he is always looking for ways to earn extra money. If this means he will steal some cash or rob a person for their belongings, he will do so.
- Richard can destroy bodycams belonging to anyone he either detains, robs or decides he wants to show some discipline to. He will use /try to find the bodycam and then /me to destroy it.
- Richard will keep an illegal amount of ammo and guns on his person and in his vehicle and will not hesitate to use illegal weapons if he has them.
- Richard can and will sell anything he finds (except things that belong to the organization) on the black market belonging to anyone else or that he picks up from the floor after a shootout. His drive is always money.
- Richard will take cash payments and bribes (up to 100K) or illegal items as payments for giving information to his family to protect them.
- Richard will interrogate people if they are caught and he is alone, in a not so legal manner.
- Richard will let friends and family free sometimes at random depending on his mood and people that ask for a lawyer if he feels like he doesn’t want to talk to them. (Will flip a coin if he feels impartial (By using /try flips coin and it lands on heads))
- Richard will take drugs sometimes while on duty to help mask the pain from bullet wounds.
- Richard will abuse his position in LSPD to get out of trouble (Speeding tickets, fines and being detained) claiming he is doing undercover work and the chief approved it and will flee HQ if he hears that a state inspection is taking place.
