Life Story:
It was 23rd of December 1998 when Nonya was born in a quiet town in Belgium. Growing up he always had really good grades at school, never had to study at home for tests.
Nonya has always been a really big animal friend. He got his first cat when he was around 8 years old. Her name was Panther, because she was fully black with bright blue eyes.
When he finished his school career, he started working on the plantation with his family. This also allowed him to be around animals more often.
While going around, looking for a more serious career, he noticed something didn't feel right.
He soon discovered he didn't like to sit behind a desk 24/7 so he went for a more technical career within Law Enforcement.
Career Story:
Nonya started off as a farmer on the plantation with his family.
Soon he discovered this was never really gonna make him rich, and he was looking for something with a lot more action. Watching seeds grow isn't that interesting.
Soon he applied for LSPD and before he knew, he had his first ever actual Law Enforcement job.
Wtihin a pretty short amount of time, Nonya and his best buddy within LSPD got promoted to Head of SWAT.
Nonya never really liked the thought of staying in the same place his entire life, so he decided to switch it up every few years and ask for transfers to a different Organisation.
This allowed him to get extreme amounts of time out on the roads taking care of crime, giving him tons of experience along the way.
Nonya has now found company within SAHP with some good old friends, so he will definitely stay there for a while.
Outcomes:
1: Nonya is biased towards his hard-working family and friends, making it hard for him to resist from corrupt activities (lowering/removing sentences, giving out information, planting evidence, ...). Herefor he will be taking bribes (up to $100.000).
2: Nonya can enter the ghetto area, rob/kill people off-duty and keep their belongings, including illegal items, for personal use.
3: Nonya has good technical skills, allowing him to confiscate and completely destroy the bodycam from any person. This only using the /try command.
4: Nonya likes to respond to situations in no time, so he sometimes keeps his LEO gear in his backpack while doing personal activities.
5: Nonya likes to buy his stuff the cheapest possible. He often goes to the Black Market to buy/sell personal (illegal) weapons, gear and items.
6: Nonya has extreme driving skills, allowing him to off-road any vehicle that allows it.
7: Nonya will sometimes act like he called for a lawyer, when in reality, he never did. He will only do this to a small amount of people.
8: Nonya had lots of advanced tactical training within the SWAT division, allowing him to plan and execute a 2v1 situation. This ofcourse only up to a certain point. Nonya would never throw away his own life to act like a hero.
9: Nonya has had past hostage situation simulations which trained him to lockpick cuffs, break windows and jam doors in order to try and escape from being taken hostage. This only using the /try command.
10: Nonya could be very moody sometimes. If someone gets arrested and decides to be annoying, Nonya might give them a higher fine than the Penal Code suggests (up to $50.000).
