I started recording at the beginning of the video and I couldn't record my voice. I told them that I am recording and you are gonna be reported.

Without checking the entire situation and what happened at that point of time I will not be able to proceed further. Also as per your title suggested VDM so as I see there is no evidence of VDM here.
