Early Years (pre los santos):
Jayce grew up an orphan in the streets of Austin Texas. There is a saying called southern hospitality, how everyone is so kind and accepting to strangers. In Jayce's years of experience on the streets this could not be more untrue. Due to the hostility of strangers, Jayce had to learn quickly. He very quickly learned that if no one was willing to help him, he had to help himself. He learned how to steal and manipulate to help himself. Eventually in his later teen years, Jayce had joined a gang who taught him how to hone his skills, and eventually even get away with murder. Years went by, robbing, extorting police for money via hostages, and more gunfights than he can count.

Adulthood:
After saving up for years, Jayce had enough money to fly to Los Santos, the city of dreams. Although he hated to say goodbye, he packed up his belongings and got on the plane. Having arrived with nothing but the clothes on his back, Jayce set out to find a new group of people to settle into. He eventually found his way into the Quinn family, who unlike others in his past, accepted him instantly. With the Quinn fam he honed his combat skills even further, and had gotten new contacts in an unfamiliar city. These new contacts led him to join Government. Unlike anything he had done before, he decided to give his talents to a legal organization. Here, Jayce thrived. He climbed the ranks quickly and eventually became a USSS director under Mamablu's government. To his own surprise, Jayce enjoyed giving his time to helping legal organizations. Wanting to expand his resume and further educate himself, Jayce went to FIB under Jonny and thrived as well. Finally, at the request of his brother Barney, Jayce joined the National Guard where he served as a major. Not enjoying the life of NG, Jayce left the NG for FIB where he was his brothers DHOD of spec ops. With the guidance of his brother and the FIB's directors he managed to become chief of staff for the honorable Muz Trappy. Seeing the corruption of past orgs and the corruption that still plagues the city, Jayce wondered why he needs to play fair if no one else is. It is finally his turn to think about himself first.
