2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
My reasons to be the National Guard leader are:
• I've a certain loyalty towards the National Guard, So I have the determination to make it better like their are so many missing things
One of them are: Org Mates takes NG as a joke
They think no one cares if they're are not coming on duty
• I've been in NG since 5months and my rank is MAJOR and i will love to lead this respectful ORG
• I believe that I have the qualities, support of friends and org mates to run the org and make it successful so people respect this org more.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I have some advices to improve RP:
Example:
• Better communication and trainings,
We need trainers who are active and are good at communication skills to train the recruits,
I have a plan of making 2 sub-division of the Recruitment regiment
That are the: Promotion Team & Training Team
Promotion Team will arrange a ceremony every week to give the soldiers their deserved promotion, The members of this team will also get promoted every week depends on their work
Training Team will train all the recruits and hire more people
• Recruiting people of all time zones to improve number of people on duty
If we need people for ammoruns in morning we need people who are active in that time
If we need people for subs at night we also need people who are comfortable in that time
• A Good Spec. Ops Team
one of these duty of NG it to respond to "Global Beacons", If one of these is dropped, it means that other LEO's are in need of the national guard's assistance, therefore I want to hire a very well trained Special Operations team, that will be the National Guards most trained, and most skilled in combat.
