Khalid Balkour was born in Dubai and grew in Dubai and lived there for 17 years and moved to England after leaving Dubai, He became a criminal and for 2 years and then he almost got caught which made him leave England and move to America and lived his dream life, Joined the local Police Department and then worked for months on end and then got offered to join the special Division. FIB, Khalid then work in FIB for Month then join GOV and became USSS Director, Then Left with a good background behind him.
Outcomes:
1- Be able to do any kind of illegal activities only while OFF DUTY (Must still follow server rules)
2-Khalid can buy or sell guns in anonymous places such as the black market to make money (Personal Weapons Only)
3- In his spare time Khalid can go to the ghetto to shoot/kill people for fun or to save his friends and all due to his love in violence.
4- Khalid can take bribes up to 100k to help out his family with money.
5- Khalid brings his ID everywhere to help him in situations.
6- Khalid can do criminal activity with his family.
