Rejected Shot dead by stranger

It happened i was standing at parking lot speaking to my friend on phone. Then suddenly a joker uniform stranger (id: 79827) came to me started pushing, then hit and start kicking me then i try to run away he pulled out his gun and shot me dead . He was complete stranger to me, he just did that for his own sake of fun, breaking key rules of the server. I want you to immediately take appropriate action on this culprit. Thank you
