I am writing this complaint because I think that the punishment here is unbalanced.
Rejected - Ungleichmäßige Bestrafung - Ishan Madeyro (337) - If this ticket is still rejected, then I expect an explanation regarding this and not a copy paste response.
(my response was not even attempted to be explained thats why i´m heading out for you.
The following situation occured:
These following 3 tickets were all violations of the Gang Bloods. Normally this would have given atleast one Orga warning, why not this time?
Fact is that members of the Bloods tried to rob Marc Tyrion in an Inoff GZ (Prison - parking lot) (See Thread 1) and then got RDMed when he had nothing on him.
Then the Bloods stormed into the SG (however they managed to do that) and proceeded into Mass RDM. (See thread 3)
Furthermore, the group also robbed and looted with a sawed off. (See Thread 2)
1) Approved - Bloods Mehrere Verstöße - attempted rob + RDM in SG parking lot.
2) Approved - @Orgaverwaltung Bloods Mehrere Verstöße - Incorrectly robbing request of dropping clothes, shoes, ANYTHING + looting with sawed off shotgun.
3) Approved - @Crime Verwaltung - Bloods schießen und MK im SG (GZ) - ID`s: 3736, 17044, 31958, 36010, 44170 - Bloods shoot and MK in SG (GZ) - ID`s: 3736, 17044, 31958, 36010, 44170 - Mass RDM + MK in SG (GZ).

In Thread 2 - Approved - @Orgaverwaltung Bloods Multiple violations a conversation was seeked with the Bloods after which I heared they received a warn.
in thread1 & thread3
the players were sanctioned one by one.

So on Reese's Mahn ticket it was accepted that it were the Bloods.
With Marc & my ticket the people were sanctioned individually, and I think its because they already have 2 warns, and these actions would have led to an Orga Close.
I ask for review and fair handling of these rule violations.
