Yo this is sherv, 11207. As you can see in the pov on the thread below I was sitting in the store robbery talking to those gang members and they were insulting me so I insulted them. Obviously I wasn't trying to be racist, I'm just doing normal shit talk. Half my friends on grand are from different places in the world, I love everyone from everywhere. I'm pretty sure I've never been punished for OOC insult or any racism or shit before because I'm not a hateful person. Our family has hugeee beef with bloods right now ICly which is why myself and others were "shit talking" them. It's a normal thing we do back and forth RP'ly. I think 14 days is a harsh punishment for what he thinks I did but I meant no hate, just IC toxicity. I don't know why my man took is as an ooc insult but I apologize for making him feel hurt OOCly. <3 I understand if this appeal doesn't get accepted but I don't feel that I said something that justifies 14 days. There have been people who say crazy openly hateful things and get less than 14 days so, I just feel that 14 days is kinda crazy. I guess Mute for OOC insults maybe but, you guys are the administrators after all and have a better knowledge of the rules so you know best.

Idk who told you that it's normal to mock someone's accent and be racist towards them even if you don't even know them , there are some limits which you shouldn't cross.
Moreover I believe I have been here too long to understand when someone's being mock racially.
I found that very insulting when you tried to copy my accent, hence i reported you.

I understand how you feel. You were in your rights to report me. I wasn't trying to hurt your feelings or be rude otherwise. Richard and bloods in general really get on my nerves for shit talking and often mock my voice so, I wasn't aware that was considered racism. I apologize for disrespecting you and sorry if you took it as insulting your background.

Bro also, I accidentally bid on house 102 before auction before I got ban, went to sleep, woke back up, and now apparently I won the house? It's paid for 2 days and im banned 14 days. How is that fair at all? I lost 10m as a free to play player... Like why is the house paid only 2 days when I paid 10m for it on auction? Can I even get temp unbanned so I don't lose 10m on something I didn't even mean to bid on.....

Also ganesh, even if you viewed it as mocking, which is common toxicity on grand which occurs daily and no one gets punished even when admins are there, I meant nothing OOCly at all. For all I know you're using an accent too. Also saying retard was describing what richard was wearing and was meant ICly not oocly if you listen closely i said "you look" beforehand. I don't see how this is a ban for racism but that's just me. I meant no racism or hate by it. Simply common toxicity that occurs every minute on grand from 100s of people.

I know Sherv very well, one of my good friends, I have never seen him breaking any kind of rules, he is a very loving and helpful person, as far as the situation he was banned for, I Honestly think Ganesh Gaitondey took it personal, which is really not the case, Sherv was talking ICly and Ganesh thought of it as OOCly, because we all know that once we login to the server everything we do or say is consider "ICly", he referred to his outfit by saying "you look retard" and not to his person, as you can see in the video they insulted him as well and this is a normal thing in Grandrp, people insult each other everytime and there is always beef between players, but I never seen before someone in-game taking insults personally, mocking an accent should not be considered racism because its really not. its just roleplaying, he should be given a second chance because this is clearly a misunderstanding that's all.

I don’t know sherv that well but I see that he is a nice guy.
Everyone get mad somthing and say things that they don’t mean.
