and also what are the chances of either the suspect being deducted 50k or myself being reimbursed the 50k or even both...?

because that seems more effective to teach this suspect and more in the future, a lesson and perhaps they would think twice next time when about to break the rules...
because they probably wont learn from just being put in jail for a small said amount of time (where they could just afk it...)
