Rejected Some admin problem| Fnc Jit

Jus wanna ask you a simple question you guys do not post anything like requirement closed no application will be accepted now so like he checked application at night I wrote my second one in the morning the gap was 5 hr I guess but it was not checked like if the admin give interview date to some persons will he ignore the application just after it like it was 8-9 hr before interview so on "Admin's book of rules " of you guys you simply ignore application after you approve some guys even if they are way before interview like closed then you should definitely write closed because not submitting is better than ignorance

And will i be blacklisted or something because of submitting 2 complaint can't say
