So I've been banned for cheats and I know exactly what for its because I was inside a caravan in the arena this is not because I was cheating this is due to a bug where some of the map in stab city arena does not load which means I can run through some buildings and I was standing inside the caravan shooting out of it which means it was a bug and not me no clipping

Also I don’t see any reports on me of cheats so why have I been punished?

I logged onto the second English server to see if I have the same issue and as you can see I load in and some of the caravans are not there so I leave and make a new one then the caravans are there.
