Hello, I got banned for Anticheat #818 from Napal Fedorov while working at the sawmill, all of sudden my connection closed and when i tried to relog my IP is blocked.
Heres how it happened :

Kindly help me remove the ban as i believe its just misunderstanding on the anticheat side as lots of people got banned too by it especially today as we're working on getting timber for office task and battle pass task.
