Seeing as you stared fighting and they backed up while shooting I dont think those people ment to shoot from hq just like you didnt mean to shoot into hq.

14195 will be punished for shooting from the hq as hes not in the robbing situation.​

17659, 1780, 6113 will be looked into for the robbing with 3 people no car and bloods will be talked to about how to rob and such.​
