Dear Admins / Mazhor,

i log everyday once into my account for refilling my Business.
I am not playing much at the moment on de1 but today i log in my account and see i was permanent banned for Rule 1.1

This rule considers selling account or multiple use one account.
I did none of the above ever

No one has my account datas to log in.

So i'd like to know why i have been banned for permanent ?
