During robbery of person, armoured car, trucks (any kind of transport) must be atleast 2 cars and 4 persons to stop them and rob.
As it says to STOP THEM AND ROB, since you were not in a car and already dead, why would i need 2 cars to stop you?
Hence i only need 1 car, i have consulted admins about this issue, and they tell me im correct.
But you guys go ahead and cry more about you being stupid enough to have 200k+ guns and ammo on you and get robbed.

To STOP AND ROB, not STOP OR ROB, which means, they have to be in sequence, AKA it only counts towards pulling people over on highway.
