Break role play 6.16
1st- block more then 50% from the road ( the block the hole way with 2 cars )
2nd- just 3 people with 2 cars pull over me and start robing me
3rd- one of them shoot me without any reason at the end
( and knew they did role break and they didn't care about it )

They can pullover you, you dont need to stop if they dont fulfill the requirement.
They were not blocking the road fully and player said sorry for shooting, I dont think it was intentional.
However, 14187 will receive a punishment for Ghetto 1.7 (your pant is not yellow based) and Fail RP (you got out of the car without unlocking the car.)
