Rejected Blacklisted me for a OOC(rejected forum) in IC | ID 7831

Kicked and blacklisted me from Marabunta Grande Gang for an OOC false forum which was on consideration (Forum Later rejected after they Blacklisted me). In defense ID 7831 and ID 2755 (Both HC at Marabunta Grande) said "Killing a person in Ghetto who is trash talking and failing to play Fear RP is wrong".
Mistakes done by player (ID 1625) in forum 261827 :
1) Failed to play Fear RP
2) Tried to kill us, So we decided to rob him.
2) Passed his stuff to his friend while he was about to get robbed (In his POV)
3) Trash talked after we said him to run for his life (Muted his Mic in the POV he provided to hide his trash talk)
Considering the above situation Leader kicked and blacklisted me though I was not wrong.

Hi, this is Daniel Carter. Deputy of Marabunta, a forum was posted with Nuke in it about him breaking rules while robbing. We took action, we’d rather be safe than sorry. We saw him kill after giving demands to the person he was robbing, the person followed the demands and he still killed him. We asked Nuke for his POV of the situation and he failed to provide valid proof, so we blacklisted him. We can’t risk any warnings, and either way Nuke still broke the rules at the end of the day, so we took action.

Hello it’s me a leader the thing is that you deserved a blacklist because you been breaking rules and we’ve could get warning because of you , I gave you blacklist because you deserved it and I didn’t wanted to take responsibility on you again . I’d rather kick people then get a warning . Even tho the complaint agains you was rejected and invalid you still broke the rules . You did rule break killed a guy after robbing him . You did a rule break so I blacklisted you cuz I didn’t wanted this to happened again and I took off the responsibility end of the story

I showed you guys my POV in mail. And btw you guys kicked me directly without even asking my POV. Later I got in contact with you to show my POV. After watching POV they said "IG its fair".
And that is not mercy kill, He trash talked i.e. didn't follow what I demanded. Its ghetto and what rule states its a rule brake?
Mercy kill is killing someone to save him from the situation, I didn't save him FYI

I showed you my POV don't hide the story. I posted another forum on player 1625 for Fail Fear RP. You prove me that I killed him after he complied with my demands. I said he trash talked, If you say there is no trash talk in POV, I asked him to say something in radio which he didn't say (not complying with my demands )

there is no rule break, the admin who reviwed the complaint rejected it because it was Incorrect format but if you got reported by another gang mumber to the leader or deputy they can act ICily​
