He shoots without saying anything. Then VDM does it. In POV 2, he does Off Road with an unsuitable vehicle and fires again.

POV 2:

Just jail this guy, when ur offroad you are not supposed to jump and be in the air, this dude is NonRP driving.
I have a legit reason to shoot him.
If you decide to punish me, this guy should be punished as well!
