1.Bloods Street Gang
2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
When I originally moved to the city around a year ago, my first reaction was to join the Bloods. I went from being a complete rookie on the server, not knowing any rules, to becoming a high-ranking blood member in approximately a month. I've had an emotional relationship with that gang from the server's inception, and I've always wanted it to thrive. It would be an honour for me to be given the opportunity to lead this group to victory. I am a firm believer in abiding by all of the city's rules and giving everyone a fair shot in any situation.I will have a zero-tolerance stance for my gang members who breach the rules, and I believe the key to this, and what most people overlook, is the people you recruit. I intend to have a set recruitment strategy and to adequately profile everyone who wants to join the gang. It is preferable to have 100 members who are well-informed and follow the regulations of the city rather than 200 members, some of whom are unaware of the city's rules. Finally, I believe it is critical to have the right high command and team in place to achieve success.I adore Organisation and structure inside a hierarchy or a working organisation, in this case a gang, but in order for it to happen, each member of the high command and even the bottom ranks must be the right people. I have the necessary personnel and resources to make this a reality.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
Throughout these months, I've found that actual RP is quite opulent in legal Organisations in the city, however gangs are severely lacking. I would suggest gangs to create more RP situations between themselves, such as two distinct gangs negotiating a pecuniary or protection arrangement and therefore building more folklore within the city. Although alliances currently exist, what I am recommending is a bit more intricate and deeper than that; if gangs play with full-on RP, even problems that show up on forums but aren't rule violations might be handled with in an RP scenario (If a situation is a rule break it should go on forums for sure). There is always tension between gangs and gang leaders, but I believe that tension may be turned into constructive rivalry if gangs are ready to practise more RP instead of having OOC conflicts and forum disputes.
