1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation) :
i am doing this application to be the leader marabunta grand gang , i am going to be a grate leader cuz i was a ex blood deputy and a ex marabunta hc and a ex hc in marabunta and i am the under deputy rn in Ballas , i am going to do allot of robbing , store robbery , ghetto fights , fz raid .
2. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization :
A) any one is going to join my gang has to be more then 15 years old ic and i am going to ask him hard questions to make sure that he knw all the rules
B) if a person came want to join and he is not more then 10 years old ic i have to ask him more questions and harder ones
C) any one is going to brake any rules is going to get a 1/2 strikes and if did and thing wrong again he is going to be blacklisted from the gang for 30d
D) when any one join my gang is is going to get rank 1 or 2 and i have to see him pull up to events to get ranked up , if he didnt go to any event for a hole day and he was online for more the 4h he is going to get a 1/2 and if he did the same thing the next day he is going to get blacklisted
E) any one in the gang is going to brake any rule is going to get 1/2 strike
F) every one is going to pull up to the events and log it in into the event proof is going to get a bonus from me personally , so i can get mre gang members pulling up to events
